Osbourne released his thirteenth solo album, “Patient Number 9,” yesterday and held a record-signing event at Fingerprints Music in downtown Long Beach to mark the occasion.

Thousands of Ozzy fans lined up outside the store in hot, humid weather, wrapping around two whole blocks. Some fans lined up at 1 a.m. for an event that wouldn’t start until 2 p.m.

A giant 25-foot-tall inflatable Ozzy Osbourne towered over fans across the street from the record store.
