The movie “Till” showcases Mamie Till-Mobley’s decision to have an open casket for her son, Emmett Till, who was kidnapped and brutally beaten because of a malicious accusation made by Carolyn Bryant Donham. All suspects walked free and Donham faced no consequences after admitting she lied in her unpublished memoir in 2008.
