Kbeach student radio, since it’s conception in 1997, has existed solely as an internet station, but will soon be broadcasting across the greater Los Angeles area with its own terrestrial radio bandwidth.
Thanks to an investment by Associated Students, Inc., the station will take advantage of technology that allows a digital feed to ‘ride’ on existing radio signals.
To tune into Kbeach’s new signal at 88.1 HD3, users will need a HD receiver.
