CSULB students: Register to vote, eat for free

The Cal State University Employees Union is providing free lunches to the first 100 students who register to vote on Thursday.

Associated Students, Inc. will have a table set up at the southwest terrace of the University Student Union from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The giveaway includes a Subway lunch complete with a sandwich and cookie.

All workers involved in the union, which represents more than 1,100 staff members on campus, will also receive a free lunch.

In addition, guest speakers will provide insight regarding the National Day of Action and the employees union will announce its endorsements for the November election.
