The 80’s was known for its bright bold colors, sequins and shoulder pads. When that decade ended the 90’s was a return to minimalist fashion. I’m unsure if the reason 90’s clothes are back is because thrift shopping is the only affordable sustainable fashion or maybe we all just want to be cozy.
