On-campus election polling station for CSULB students

Students and community members can vote in the November elections Tuesday at the polling station located at the Soroptomist House at Cal State Long Beach.

Hosted by Associated Students Inc., the voting station is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for voters registered in Los Angeles County. Students and staff registered in other counties will be able to drop off absentee ballots.

ASI Assistant Director Kim Pabari said that most votes are expected to be absentee ballots.

According to Pabari, there were over 300 absentee votes cast on-campus last year from students who live outside of Los Angeles County.

The polling station is open to community members as well, but they should be advised of a $5 parking fee to use CSULB parking lots.
